ZION RD. INDEPENDENT BAPTIST CHURCH

Planted in 2004

Pst. Henry Juma and his wife Mary began Zion Rd. Independent Baptist Church wirth us in 2004. Mike shares the pulpit with Pst. Juma and Mary is in charge of our children's ministries.  

Our congregation now averages about 120 people on Sunday mornings. 1/3 of our adults are under the age of 30!

We are a multigenerational church and are also represented by about 8 tribes and three Africa nationalities.

Mike teaches college classes each of our three terms each year. He is also serves as Dean of Students.

Students from IBCM have assisted in the planting of 9 Independent Baptist Churches.

Christ's Independent Baptist Church was begun in May, 1994. The church has been self-supporting since 2005. The current pastor is Pst. Shadrach Munyalo. His wife is Grace. 

Sunton Independent Baptist Church began in 2006. The Kenyan church planter is Pst. Lawrence Isoka and his wife Rosemary.

In December 2010 Pst. Charles Okari and his wife Josephine began Raganga Independent Baptist Church. It is a village church in the Western Kenya province of Kisii about 1 1/2 hours from Lake Victoria.
